As we approach the end of the year, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate our growth and the partnerships we have made in 2023.  We are grateful for all the educators who have welcomed us into their classrooms to elevate student success and improve learning outcomes.

Let’s take a look back at some of the milestones we’ve achieved this year.

Content Enhancements

• Quote of the Day: We introduced the “Quote of The Day” to spark daily reflection and discussion
• Reflection and Thought Prompts: Each article now contains a  reflection or thought prompt that can be used for pre-reading, reflection, writing or discussion

Student Engagement Features

• Fivesy: We added Fivesy to build student engagement and vocabulary practice
• Lifetime Achievements: In an effort to make student learning more visible and increase motivation, we added student achievements for total articles read and questions answered.

Administrator Additions

District Administrator View: We created a district administrator view so that administrators can view performance and manage all users within their building or district.

Teacher-Centric Updates

• Teacher Resource Section: A teacher resource section was added to the platform with lesson guides, content bundles and downloadable graphic organizers to save teachers time and support extended  learning with The Juice
• Add a Teacher: The ability to add a second teacher was added so that co-teachers can have access to student data and assignments to promote collaboration.

Enhanced Student Supports

• Read Aloud: We updated our read-aloud tool, now equipped with text highlighting to assist struggling readers in comprehending content.
• Translations: To better support English Language Learners (ELLs), we’ve incorporated a translation feature offering access to 74+ translations in our articles.
