Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven marketing manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, possesses strong marketing skills, and has a deep understanding of the secondary school demographic. As The Juice’s marketing manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our edtech solutions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy:

Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals and objectives.

Identify key target audiences within the secondary school segment and tailor strategies accordingly.

Brand Development:

Build and maintain a strong brand presence for The Juice.

Develop messaging that resonates with the target audience and effectively communicates the value proposition.

Content Marketing:

Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging educational content and leverage various channels, including blogs, social media, and newsletters, to distribute educational content and promote brand awareness.

Manage the development and publication of content on our public-facing website.

Digital Marketing:

Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility.

Coordinate digital and print advertising programs to reach the target audience effectively.

Create and manage landing pages tied into digital ad campaigns.

Monitor campaigns and adjust based on performance.

Event Planning and Partnerships:

Plan and execute events targeting school administrators, educators, and curriculum directors.

Identify and cultivate partnerships with schools, educational organizations, and influencers to expand reach.

Coordinate and manage trade show participation, including lead acquisition and speaking engagements (attendance often required).

Educator Engagement:

Develop and manage teacher pilot programs to gather feedback and insights.

Establish and oversee an Educator Advisory Panel to gather input on product development and marketing strategies.

Content Development:

Oversee the creation of case studies and customer testimonials to showcase the impact of our solutions.

Develop user guides and customer communications to support product usage.

Conduct customer research to understand needs and preferences.

Public Relations:

Draft, release, and manage reaction to PR statements to announce key milestones, partnerships, and product launches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education or edtech industries.
  • Strong understanding of secondary school education and the challenges students face in improving reading skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms including GSuite, and graphic design platforms such as Canva.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Salary: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
