The Read Aloud mode and Text Highlighting can help struggling readers by modeling fluent reading of the text and helping with their word recognition skills. This allows students to focus on the comprehension of the text without having to work on their decoding skills.

The Read Aloud mode and Text Highlighting can be found in any article within the student’s Daily Juice. Select the Listen button and the Highlight button as seen in the image below.
