Why are reports and menu items missing from the screen in my teacher portal?

Devices with lower-resolution screens can impact how content appears in the teacher portal. This may cause text, buttons, or other elements to be hidden in default screens requiring users to either change the zoom or expand data manually.

Here are instructions for zooming out in different browsers if you’re experiencing issues with a low-resolution screen view:

Chrome (Windows, Mac, Chromebook) #
  1. Keyboard Shortcut:
    • Press Ctrl + – (Windows/Chromebook) or Command + – (Mac).
  2. Browser Menu:
    • Click the three dots (menu) in the top-right corner.
    • Look for the “Zoom” option and click the – button to zoom out.
  3. Reset Zoom:
    • Press Ctrl + 0 (Windows/Chromebook) or Command + 0 (Mac).
Safari (Mac, iPad) #
  1. Keyboard Shortcut (Mac):
    • Press Command + – to zoom out.
  2. Browser Menu:
